Access to and use of the Website and all Dealer’s and/or Credit Acceptance's content, services, materials, information, and systems are subject to this Website User Agreement and Privacy Statement, and applicable laws and regulations (including all export and import laws, regulations and restrictions), all of which are subject to change and revision from time to time without prior notice. From time to time, Dealer or Credit Acceptance may (a) supplement or make changes to this Website User Agreement and Privacy Statement and other rules or access and use procedures, documentation, security procedures and standards for equipment, (b) change the type and location of Credit Acceptance's system equipment, facilities or software, or (c) modify or withdraw any particular service or product referred to in this website or any Dealer or Credit Acceptance material, service or system. Dealer and Credit Acceptance reserve the right to terminate access to this website or take other actions reasonably believed to be necessary to comply with the law or to protect its rights or customers. Any access or attempt to access or use this website for any unauthorized or illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

The material on this website is provided for information and convenience purposes only. The Dealer sells the vehicle, and the Finance Company may provide financing at its discretion, subject to credit approval and applicable terms.

Submitting a financing application does not guarantee approval, specific financing terms, or the availability of any vehicle. All financing is subject to review, underwriting, and applicable laws.

Dealer and Credit Acceptance understand that your privacy is important and recognize your right to know how we collect and use information. 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Website User Agreement and Privacy Statement shall be deemed to have been made in the State of Michigan, United States of America, and shall be interpreted, and the rights and liabilities of the parties hereto determined in accordance with laws of the State of Michigan, U.S.A., without regard to conflicts of law principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts for the County of Oakland, Michigan, United States, for the determination of any claim or controversy between the parties and arising out of or relating to this Website User Agreement and Privacy Statement. Both parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Michigan Courts and waive any objections as to personal jurisdiction or as to the laying of venue in such Courts due to inconvenient forum or any other basis.

User Agreement for Financing Applications

1. Consent to Electronic Communications

By submitting a financing application, you consent to receive disclosures and communications electronically, unless you opt out in writing.

2. Truthful Information

You certify that all information you submit in connection with a financing application is true, complete, and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of credit or other legal consequences.

3. Credit Check Authorization

By applying for financing, you authorize the Dealer and Finance Company to obtain your credit report and verify your employment, income, and other relevant information as needed to process your application.

4. No Obligation Until Final Contract

Approval of financing is not final until you have signed all required documents and received a fully executed Retail Installment Sales Contract or the equivalent. The Dealer and Finance Company reserve the right to withdraw approval if material changes occur prior to signing.
